Together, they support E2W’s construction teams through enhanced constructability review, technical coordination, schedule and logistics planning, risk mitigation, and alignment between construction execution and operational requirements. E2W’s Entertainment Group is led by Tim Sepielli and Neil J. Miller, two highly accomplished entertainment development and project delivery executives with decades of hands-on experience bringing complex, large-scale entertainment projects to life. Their careers span the full lifecycle of themed and experiential developments, including planning, design coordination, construction oversight, commissioning, and operational launch.
Having worked across theme parks, theaters, resorts, casinos, live attractions, and mixed-use destination developments around the world, Tim and Neil bring a practical, execution-focused perspective to entertainment construction. Their leadership allows E2W to approach entertainment-driven projects with a deep understanding of how creative vision, technical systems, construction sequencing, and long-term operations must align to deliver successful outcomes.

Executive Project Director
Neil J. Miller
Neil J. Miller is a senior entertainment and experiential development executive with more than 30 years of experience conceiving, designing, building, and operating large-scale entertainment venues, theme parks, resorts, and live productions worldwide. His career spans every phase of complex project delivery—from early concept and master planning through construction, technical design, operational launch, and long-term performance optimization.
Neil has held executive leadership roles with globally recognized organizations including Universal Studios, Caesars World, Harrah’s Entertainment, Six Flags Theme Parks, Radio City Music Hall Productions, and The Venetian & Palazzo Resorts. He has overseen entertainment portfolios and capital programs ranging from single flagship venues to enterprise-wide systems across multiple properties, managing teams of 500+ and annual budgets exceeding $50 million.
His expertise includes performance venue design, attraction development, technical systems integration, entertainment master planning, and operational strategy for mixed-use resorts and destination developments. Neil has led projects across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, bringing a rare combination of creative vision, construction fluency, and operational discipline to complex, high-profile developments.

Executive Project Director
Tim Sepielli
Tim’s career has focused on the building and start up operational side of theme parks, theatres and entertainment developments in the US, Canada, England, Spain, India, Japan, Macau, Hong Kong, China, UAE and other Asian markets. He demonstrates a clear understanding of what is required from a planning, build and operational standpoint to make an entertainment development work. Tim has been responsible for the oversight of $800 million+ in the construction, rides, shows and attractions for a single project
Tim has a significant breadth and depth of expertise as a senior entertainment executive. He has a solid understanding of project management tools and methods used to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Tim uses advanced problem solving, creative business leadership and excellent interpersonal skills in managing his projects. He demonstrates a clear understanding of what is required to plan, build, and operate a successful entertainment enterprise. He manages complex, multi-track projects by carefully balancing scope, time, cost, and quality while maintaining a positive working environment that promotes individual development and high-performance standards.
